As an economist, a marketer, and the mother of an energetic two-year-old boy, I know exactly how challenging it is to juggle work, family, and maintaining our own health. The Super Self Project wasn’t born because I am perfect, but because I believe in continuous improvement and the power of conscious choices.

I am not a doctor, nor am I an unapproachable fitness guru. I am a real flesh-and-blood woman experiencing the struggles and beauty of a lifestyle change and building daily routines firsthand. For me, movement is not a chore, but a celebration of my body: the freedom of trail running, the precision of reformer Pilates, the team spirit of handball, or a grueling functional (Hyrox-style) workout all give me the extra energy I need for everyday life.

I experiment with nutrition in the same way—intermittent fasting and tracking macros (using apps like Yazio) are not forms of self-torture for me, but tools for clean energy and overall well-being.
